H.R. Thomas is a U.S. military veteran, where he specialized in signal communications (e.g., radio communication, satellites, and computer networks). He has nearly 20 years of information technology experience spanning from help desk management, system administration, digital forensics, risk and vulnerability assessments, social engineering, and security awareness training. Thomas holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a B.S. in Digital Forensics; he is currently pursuing his M.S. in Cybersecurity Management.

Currently, he serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on securing public safety infrastructure and implementing Zero Trust within it, as well as, policy writing, and social engineering campaigns. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys teaching, mentoring, and participating in Capture-the-Flag (CTF) competitions.
